(3) 30min calls for onboarding, mid-project strategy options review, and a final presentation and discussion
ongoing email communications to gather background information
a full set of final strategy deliverables, including a master brand messaging strategy, customer journey map and channel recommendations, and creative messaging strategy.

These consultations typically will take 6-8 weeks to complete. Afterwards, you’ll be able to use the strategy documents to keep internal teams aligned, and external partners focused on the right messaging.

After you’ve placed your order, Joe will reach out to the email provided to set up time for the initial 30min call and to ask onboarding questions.
